Description : The combination of penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin is especially useful in the treatment of mixed infections involving both Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. The spectrum of activity of penicillin G includes many aerobic and anaerobic gram- positive organisms. Penicillin G is highly susceptible to beta-lactamases and has little activity against organisms that can produce these enzymes.

الوصف : التركيب المكون من البنسلين فعال بشكل خاص في معالجة الالتهابات المتسببة عن إصابات مختلطة من البكتيريا سالبة وموجبة الغرام. يعمل بنسلين على العديد من البكتيريا الهوائية واللاهوائية موجبة الغرام، يعمل بشكل فعال على البكتيريا الي تحتوي على أنزيم البيتا لكتام ولها فاعلية محدودة ضد الكائنات الي يمكن أن تنتج هذه الأنزيمات بالإضافة إلى ذلك البنسلين غير فعال ضد البكتيريا الي تقاوم بطرق أخرى مثل وجود جدار خلية محكم نسبيا. ولذلك البنسلين لديه نشاط محدود ضد العديد من المكورات العنقودية وبكتيريا سلبية الغرام.
